Shipping Policy

We ship both domestically (India) and Worldwide.

Order handling time takes 1-2 business days. Most of the orders shipped on the same day (order cut-off time 1 pm IST). Then orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Mon-Sat).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose at checkout.

Note: The shipping rates are calculated by delivery location and item weight.

We strive to deliver all packages to our customers in the best condition and in the minimum possible time. All products should reach you within 4-6 working days. However, in situations beyond pattupavadai.com control, there may be circumstances when there is a delay. In such cases, we will ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification confirming your item is on its way to you. Regarding customs fee For USA, Australia and some Asian countries don’t charge customs but many of Euroian Countries charge customs while delivering the parcel. Its sole responsibility of the customer to pay the customs.

Cancellation Policy

You may be able to cancel your order if your order meets the time limit depending on what delivery option you’ve chosen or if an order has been delayed further than our normal processing time of 1-3 business days.

Return Policy

You may return new items within 7 days of delivery. Only defective /wrong size issues will be accepted. 

If any packages are refused/returned to the shipper by a customer or invalid addresses, the return postage will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be issued only after the retun package is received in good condition and refunds can only be issued to your original payment method. The refund does not cover shipping (If you paid for shipping) and returns shipping. The refund will credit to your account within 3 to 7 business days.

Note: All returned items must be original unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. We can’t accept the returns under offer / discount sales
